Greenville, Ohio – The Darke County Health Department is hosting a no cost to families vaccine clinic on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Darke County Board of Developmental Disabilities, located at 5844 Jaysville-St. Johns Road, Greenville. This walk-in clinic requires no appointment and is available while supplies last. The clinic is open to all current 6th and 11th graders who need their routine immunizations prior to returning to school in the fall.

Current 6th graders will be offered the Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Acellular Pertussis), Meningococcal ACWY and HPV vaccines. Current 11th graders will be offered the Meningococcal ACWY, Meningococcal B, and HPV vaccines. By taking advantage of this opportunity, families can avoid waiting in long lines during the fall. Junior high and high school are an exciting time for our children – let’s make sure they are protected from vaccine preventable illnesses.

This event is at no cost to families. Those with medical insurance are encouraged to bring their insurance cards. A copy of the card will be made on-site, and the insurance company will be billed directly, meaning no family will receive a bill for these vaccines.

Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For those 18 and over, please note that you must wait 15 minutes after receiving vaccines if driving yourself.

For more information about this clinic or state vaccine requirements, please contact the Health Department at 937-548-4196 ext. 224.
