Ohioans born with the medical conditions outlined below, or those who were diagnosed in early childhood whose conditions continued into adulthood, now qualify to be vaccinated in Ohio.
The Darke County Health Department in conjunction with Wayne HealthCare and Family Health Services of Darke County are continuing to vaccinate Phase 1B individuals. The first step is to register.
