In an effort to protect the public, the Darke County Health Department Nursing Division will be closing to the public for the next fourteen days due to a COVID-19 exposure. We will reopen on Monday, August 17th. We will still be available by phone at 937-548-4196 x224. If you have an appointment for the immunization clinic in the next two weeks, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment. The Environmental Division will remain open during this time for permits and birth certificates from 8am- 4pm, Monday through Friday.
