Attached is a flyer for a re-test in Piqua on Friday January 6, 2017. You can also take the retest at the Auglaize County Extension Office in Wapakoneta. There is a regularly scheduled ServSafe course that will be taking the test on February 13 and the opportunity for those wanting to re-test exist. The test is $45 for the first retake and no charge for the 2nd retake. Please send in the registration form and email Barbara Hennard as soon as possible if you plan to attend either testing so the test forms can be ordered.
If neither of these opportunities work for you, please contact Barbara at 419-739-6580 or 419-586-2179 and email hennard.1@osu.edu so that she can try to arrange a more convenient testing time. There are also has study materials available if needed.
