Saturday, October 4th 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Tri-Village Rescue. 320 N. Main Street, New Madison
Monday, October 7th 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Ansonia Rescue 225 W. Elroy Ansonia Road, Ansonia
Tuesday October 8th 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Darke County Health Fair, Darke County Fairgrounds, Sweitzer Street Greenville
**Please note. Our regular health department site clinic will be closed on October 8th due to staff giving shots at the health fair.
Regular clinic hours are Walk-in every Tuesday, 8:00 am – 10:30 am and from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Health Department.
